Ufuoma Ogeleka is a certified Brand Innovator, with proven and versatile expertise in driving organizational growth, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across board. She has several years’ experience, across different industries of play: The Hospitality Sector, Agricultural Sector, FMCG and Consumer Electronics.

Ufuoma is a proficient strategic planner, with great team leadership skills, geared at fostering a collaborative work environment, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement.

She joined UACR in May, 2022 as the Chief Marketing officer, championing Mr Bigg’s project Refresh, the successful opening of multiple stores, the ongoing menu re-engineering projects among other business accomplishments. In July 2023, she became the Head, Commercial Operations at UACR, overseeing all operational and marketing activities for the restaurant chain.

Ufuoma graduated with a BA in English, as well as a master’s degree in public & international affairs (MPIA), both from the University of Lagos. She is also a certified Brand Innovator from The Orange Academy.

Prior to joining UACR, David was the Head, Information Technology at UAC OF Nigeria Plc, He lead the digital transformation journey for the business and it’s subsidiaries, spanning across various sectors. Experienced IT Professional, A consumer-facing technology expert (web & mobile apps, delivery solutions, loyalty modules, kiosk software, etc) with demonstrated knowledge in Team and Project management. Skilled in IT Governance,Cyber Security,Cloud computing ,IT Enterprise architecture, ERP and QSR Technologies.

A visionary Leader and a great team player who is specialized in delivering Business enabling technologies efficiently and cost effectively to support business objectives and growth strategies.

Mr. Popoola has over 12 years of experience in human resources, garnered from professional services, utilities & Household appliances and FMCG industries.
Prior to joining UACR, He was the Head of HR for Manufacturing Operations at Perfetti Van Melle Nigeria, Plant HR Manager at PZ Cussons Plc and HR Advisor at Cadbury Nigeria Plc respectively.
He specializes in talent acquisition, capability and organizational development, reward management, change management, Employee & Industrial relations,
He is a SHRM Certified Trainer, and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

Eniola Bello is the Operations manager at UAC Restaurants. She is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of over 20 Mr. Biggs and Debonairs brands across Nigeria. This task involves ensuring excellent product quality consistently across our stores via superior service delivery across our physical and online channels.
Prior to joining the team, Eniola held the esteemed position of Head of Retail Operations at Film-house Cinemas, where she showcased remarkable leadership in overseeing the organization’s retail department across 13 locations. Her responsibilities encompassed procurement, inventory, production, and logistics, managing a combined product and asset portfolio valued at over 4 billion Naira.
Before her tenure at Film-house Cinemas, Eniola served as the Continuous Improvement Manager (Operations) at The Place restaurants. In this role, she masterfully managed a product portfolio that generated a monthly revenue of over 100 million Naira. She played a key role in developing and implementing strategies to solidify the organization’s position as a leading player in the industry. Eniola brings with her eight years of expertise in process design, transformation, and product management, spanning diverse industries such as Consulting, Financial, Hospitality, and Entertainment.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Botany from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State.

Prior to joining UACR, Dorcas held the esteemed position as the Senior Brand Manager at Montaigne AH Limited, with over 8 years of experience in Digital communication, FMCG, and retail sales. She is skilled at building impactful marketing and communications campaigns that engage customers and drive market share. Some of the brands she has worked on are MTN, Heritage Bank, Maybelline, KFC, Kasapreko, and Lufodo production.

Before her tenure at Montaigne AH Limited, she was the Marketing & Communication Manager, at Auldontoys, where she crafted a digital marketing strategy that doubled revenue, orchestrated sales-driven communication, supervised creative production, collaborated across departments, managed online communication, set team agendas, and maintained budgets while seeking external marketing opportunities aligned with company goals.

Dorcas holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Redeemers University, Ogun State, and a master’s degree in marketing from University of Lagos, Lagos State.

Prior to joining UACR, Dayo was a procurement manager at Unilever where he developed a road map to save $1.5m through materials benchmark exercise with other plants and localisation of some key materials.
He has a strong background in Supply Chain and Manufacturing management with great analytical and process improvement skills.

Prior to joining UACR, he worked as senior project Manager with FOODCO NIG LTD. He has 13 years of work experience in consultancy, Education, Hospitality/Food, and Construction Sector.
Vincent began his career as a Quantity Surveyor with a quantity surveying consultancy firm: consulting for Project Unit of different banks. Worked as pioneer Quantity surveyor with Bridge international Academy (a multinational and social Enterprise). He Worked as QS, Consultant and Project manager for different Restaurants. The highlight of this venture was the launch of 9 branches of THE PLACE restaurants between 2021 and 2023.
Vincent holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying from Federal Polytechnic Auchi and a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos. Additionally, he is a proud member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Registered Quantity Surveyor.
